Selling Your House
Welcome to our FSBO page. In case you are not familiar with the term, it is pronounced fizz-bo, and it stands for For Sale By Owner.
Even though we are in the midst of a seller's market where several buyers are lined up as soon as the house comes on the market, this doesn't happen for everyone. If that is the case, selling a home yourself can be a challenge – almost as much fun as slamming your finger in a car door. We put together a few items on this page may make it a little easier and a little less painful.

Pictures Sell the Property
If you are looking to sell your house, condo or manufactured home, you will need to have some pictures for your ads and flyers. Better pictures will get you more interest, which usually results in a better price. You can hire a professional for several hundred dollars, but if you want to do it yourself, there are a number of things you can do to make the pictures better and make your house look better.
The Next Step is Moving to Video
Once you have some good looking pictures you can make up some nice marketing pieces to distribute in your neighborhood or put in the holder attached to your FSBO sign. Or... you can turn them into a video that really shows off the property you are looking to sell. If it's in the budget, you can get a professional videographer put one together.
If that doesn't work well for you, we can take them and clean them up to make a video to promote your property.
Check out our video page. It may be just what you are looking for.

We put together this eBook Sell Your House Like a Pro!!! It goes over everything you just read in much greater detail. These are details your friendly real estate agent or local investor won't, or can't, tell you. It talks about inspectors, agents, staging and showing as well as getting buyers coming to your door. Pretty much everyone can learn from this book, or at least find something to argue about, especially first time sellers. |
