From time to time we get mobile homes or manufactured homes that need some TLC and we pass them on to other investors or people simply looking for an inexpensive place to live.  We generally pass on units that need extensive work so  they are somewhat livable while repairs are being made, even though parts can be a little ugly.

Helping Parks

Most parks are happy to have someone come in and clean up these units and are not hard to deal with.  You can buy these inexpensive units and make yourself a nice low cost home.  You can fix them up and sell them at a profit.  Some parks will permit you to rent them.  There are many possibilities.
